NBR O-ring:

  • Low cost, widely used, generally used in water, silicone oil, glycol hydraulic oil and other media, but in ozone, ketone nitrohydrocarbon and other polar solutions are not suitable for use.

 

  • General service temperature range is -40~100℃ (short time resistance 125℃)

  • Hardness range:40~90A

HNBR O-ring

  • Has good corrosion resistance, compressibility and tear resistance, but also can resist ozone, sunlight and oil damage, suitable for automotive engines, washing machinery and new ring refrigeration system O sealing ring, but in esters, alcohols and aromatic solvents are not allowed to use.

  • General service temperature range is -40~150℃

  • Hardness range:55~90A

SIL O-ring

  • Can be cold, heat resistant, resistance to ozone and atmospheric aging performance damage, but its poor tensile, does not have oil-proof, generally used in household appliances on the O-ring sealing ring, such as microwave oven, water heater, electric iron, water fountain, kettle, etc.

  • General service temperature range is -55~250℃

  • Hardness range:25~90A

FKM/KPM O-ring

  • Good ozone resistance and weather resistance, high temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, but poor cold resistance.Generally used in fuel systems and chemical plants for O-ring sealing, not recommended in ketone, nitrogen-containing mixtures.

  • General service temperature range: Static seal -26~232℃  Dynamic seal 15~200℃

  • Hardness range:50~90A

FLS O-ring

  • Fluorosilicon rubber combines the advantages of silicone rubber and fluorosilicon rubber, can resist the corrosion of oxygen compounds, fluorosilicon solvents and aromatic solvents, oil resistance, fuel oil resistance, solvent resistance is better.Generally used in the military and aerospace areas of o-ring, brake oil and ketone substances are not recommended.

  • General service temperature range is -50~200℃

  • Hardness range:45~80A

IIR O-ring

  • Good heat resistance and gas tightness, can resist the sun, polar solvents and ozone damage, good insulation, can be exposed to oxides or animal and plant oil, commonly used in vacuum equipment and chemical resistance of O-ring, can not be used with petroleum, aromatic hydrocarbon or kerosene.

  • General service temperature range is -50~110℃

  • Hardness range:50~70A
